The Retirement Benefits Specialist works in the Membership Services Division and reviews historical account information; analyzes a wide variety of data and records; applies the terms and provisions of applicable policies, procedures, contracts, etc.; performs mathematical calculations; processes account adjustments; and provides technical assistance and customer support while working in a team setting both on-site and with the possibility for part-time telework.
